ADULT LEARNING

As an instructional designer, I recognize that excellent learning experiences begin with a strong foundation of adult learning theory. My work incorporates learning principles such as constructivism and transformative learning, resulting in engaging and impactful outcomes that last.

Having worked extensively in education, I have witnessed firsthand the diverse experiences and mental frameworks learners bring to the table. To ensure effective learning, I welcome and integrate these differences, prioritize learner autonomy, and encourage hands-on problem-solving. These strategies enable learners to fully engage with the material, empowering them to confidently apply what they've learned to their jobs.
